2. What information Ineed to provide for quotation?
Please provide your products' design, size, thickness, material, quantity, printing method,
packing & place of delivery.
3. Which type of file format I need to supply for sample production?
We accept AI, CDR, Freehand, PSD files and they should be over 300DPI.
4. What is the lead time?
For normal cases, after receiving the final artwork. It takes around 3-5 days to produce a c ylinder,
whereas around 7days for silkscreen & offset printing sample. After deposit confirmed & the
approval of the cylinder proof, it takes around 20 days for mass production .The lead time can be revised for urgent orders.
5. What is the main different between PP, PVC & PET ?
3 materials have different characteristics
PP-Environmental friendly & cost effective, we can use ultra-sonic or glue PP together
PP-Environmental friendly & high level of transparency
PVC-High level of transparency & widely used
6. What is the MOQ ?
For bigger size, the MOQ is 5000pcs for each design
For smaller size, the MOQ is 10000pcs for each design
7. What is the different between Silkscreen printing & Offset printing ?
Silkscreen printing is mostly used for simple graphics. Pantone no. or color samples should be
provided by customers . Offset printing is for more complicated graphics, gradual change color
or pictures. There are 4 basic color red, blue, yellow & black .They can be mixed out more than
10 color . White masking is usually added for enhancing the enhancing the products' image
Customers no need to provide any pantone no. or color samples.
8. Is there any sample charge & is it refundable?
Yes, there is sample charge for producing samples. Under circumstances, part of or full sample
charge can be refunded after placing orders. Which the totall quantity up to one milloin pcs or
ten tons.
